This guarantee is valid only on the day the flights or holidays are booked. To request a refund of the price difference, email info@brightsun.co.uk with your Brightsun booking reference and details of the alternative price. We will review your claim and respond within 24 hours. If the claim is valid, we will issue a refund for the price difference.
This price promise is only applicable to identical products booked and offered in the same country as those sold by Brightsun.
